🔍 What is the Shadow? Our shadow is made up of emotions, desires, and parts of our personality that we’ve pushed away or denied—often because they didn't fit the image we wanted to project to the world or because they were discouraged in our upbringing. This might include traits like anger, jealousy, fear, and even unacknowledged gifts or unfulfilled desires.

🌱 Why Shadow Work? Engaging in shadow work is about bringing these hidden aspects into the light of awareness. It allows us to understand ourselves fully, integrate our full range of emotions, and heal parts of our psyche that have been ignored or suppressed. This leads to greater authenticity, creativity, energy, and personal acceptance.
